okay, super vague, but i do recall something being said of terrible creatures that plagued the lands north of alagaesia…if anyone would care to reply to this question that’d be awesome.

I was just reading a random page of Brisingr and Eragon was with Angela. She said” If anyone could answer a question it could be Tenga” what I am trying to prove is the fact that Tenga could help Eragon find where the Vault of Souls and The Rock of Kuthian is apparently Solembum doesn’t like Tenga I think this information is relevant because why would CP adds such a minor character at the last end of the series? Especially if he had trained Angela so what do you guys think?

Yeah they should ban the first one so people should stop thinking that the book is dumb and cp should be the director

i think the book lays the groundwork for another series christopher has in mind
the young rider being the main character and the shadow is the evil he will overcome

Or the reason Eragon and Saphira have to leave could be because they have to go help Arya (if she’s the rider) and the green dragon. So maybe they’re still alive….

I considered that, but Angela *specifically* says “It will come to pass even if you try to avoid it.” Eragon, pg. 204 – Of course, that may just be referring to leaving Alagaësia and not that he would never return, but it implies finality in his leaving. Also he might not want to return? Maybe where he’s going is better, or hard to travel to-and-from, or there are any number of other reasons why he would never return. Maybe even the Unknown Shadow drives them from the land, why not? The Unknown Shadow could be what drove Palencar to Alagaësia in the first place!
