SHUR'TUGAL DESIGN CONTEST
Shurtugal is launching its latest contest in a search for new t-shirt (and other clothing) designs and slogans! Over the past five years, Shur’tugal has sold two separate Shurtugal.com shirt designs and we are looking to continue down that road with new designs designed by the fans themselves! Not a good designer? We are also looking to add two “slogan t-shirts” to our lineup this year, also to be designed (all you have to do is submit the slogan words, nothing more) by fans.
We are looking to choose the two best t-shirt designs and the two best slogan designs designed and submitted by fans of Shurtugal.com to print on our upcoming t-shirts. Enter for a chance at awesome prizes and a chance to have your design on a t-shirt!
T-Shirt Design Contest
We are looking for Inheritance-themed Shurtugal.com designs for our upcoming t-shirts! Make sure your design follows the below criteria. Send your t-shirt designs to designcontest@shurtugal.com with your designs attached!
Basic Rules and Guidelines:- Due to copyright laws, the use of licensed Inheritance artwork (book covers, interior drawings, etc) is not allowed. Please do not submit an entry using any licensed art or designs, including fan art not belonging to you
- Your design must only contain work done by you. Borrowing, ripping off ideas, etc. is not allowed
- Your design must be appropriate. Keep in mind that the potential shirt will be worn by kids, teenagers, and adults
- Keep your design Inheritance related! For examples of t-shirt designs, visit Threadless’s gallery. (http://www.threadless.com/catalog/type,guys)
- Please submit your design as a black-and-white line drawing. Do not use shading or colors in your design. An example of a black-and-white line drawing for a past Shur’tugal design can be viewed here.
- With your submitted black-and-white line drawing design, you are more than welcome to submit a second copy that would depict the design the way you would like to see it on a t-shirt (colored, with text, etc). Please remember that shirt designs are limited to two to three colors only.
- You may enter as many designs as you'd like. Please try to keep all of your designs in one email.

Prizes:- The best designs will be printed on Shur’tugal t-shirts for fans to purchase on Shurtugal.com
- The designers of the chosen designs will receive an autographed copy of Brisingr or an Eldest audio book signed by both Christopher Paolini and Gerard Doyle, the audio book narrator.
- The designers of the chosen designs will receive a shirt with their design printed on it in the size of their choice.
