ABOUT SHURTUGAL.COM
Shurtugal.com is the world's largest and most comprehensive website for the Inheritance Cycle book and movies on the internet. Founded in late 2003 (though officially released on March 5th, 2004) by Mike Macauley, Shur'tugal surpassed all of its competition to become the leading provider of news and information, nearly entirely exclusive. The staff work closely the with Paolini family, Random House (publisher), 20th Century Fox (movie), and Vivendi Universal Games (game developers) to bring the best possible content to site visitors. In 2005, Shurtugal.com was named the official destination fan website for members after the closing of Random House's official Eragon fan website.
Started as a small-scale fan website and side project of its owner, Mike Macauley, the site quickly evolved into the most practical destination for Inheritance fans all over the world. With a staff of over fifty volunteers, Shur'tugal provides a constant supply of news and up-to-date content for millions of visitors. The site is accessed by fans from over one hundred countries across the world.

Mike Macauley
Founder, Executive Editor, Creative Director
Mike Macauley is the founder and owner of Shurtugal.com and its network sites, including InheritanceForums.com. Mike is responsible for management of all groups of staff on Shur'tugal, the Head Writer for feature news, reviews and editorials, is responsible for working together with outside companies partnered with the website, as well as a host of other responsibilities.

Robert Cox
Chief Technical Developer
Robert Cox is the longest-standing staff member of Shurtugal.com aside from Mike Macauley. Robert is responsible for coding and maintaining the systems that power Shur'tugal. Robert is also responsible for media during website events, such as releases and conventions.
Grace Landy
Managing Editor, Feedback Director
Grace Landy is Shur'tugal's managing editor. Nearly every piece of content released on the website, including many news posts and editorials, is passed by her before publication. No grammar mistake or odd-sounding sentence gets past Grace! Grace is also responsible for feedback from fans and outside sources.
