Did anyone ever considered Galbatorix to be Eragon's father, for some reason that thought keep entring my mind, for some reason it just fits!
Should this be organized a little bit more?
Let me tell you how it all happened... On a night long long ago... Selena walked into the castle that Morzan and her were living in and the lights were dimmed... She goes into the bedroom to find Morzan propped up waiting for her... (She gets a certain idea in her head) Soo the her and morzan get excited and make morzan than after murtagh was cut in the back by his father Selena walks back into the castle to find the lights dimmed seeing all this brings flash backs into her head of murtagh's cut open back she turns around and flees from the castle... then she stumbles upon brom and then they get excited and make eragon... realizing she is pregnant she goes to garrow's house to have eragon then flees leaving brom and family in the dust not wanting morzan to hurt them realizing that if he found out he would probably come after the other father and he did but instead killed his dragon... so thats how it all happened... This is a bit of a wild thought but i think that brom is eragon's father because brom killed morzan maybe because they both wanted to woo Selena and then morzan is murtagh's father and brom is eragon's father....pretty crazy thought but im just brainstormin'
I have believed this for a long time but I recently re-read part of Eragon, and it said that Selena was only in Carvahall for five months and had Eragon at the end of those five months. So if Brom was already in Carvahall when she came, then he can't be his father. Now, if Brom was somewhere along Selena's way to Carvahall and they "got excited" then I could maybe see that. But it all has to fit the time it takes for all this to happen.-Halfelven
For a really long time, I have believed that Brom is Eragons' father. I mean, Selena did dissapear for a while. Brom could have taken her in and showed her kindness. Meaning, she then falls in a deep love for him. The dude, Brom fan. makes a good point with Selena being afraid to go back to Morzan, which triggered my imagination.- Person
I think that Brom being Eragon's father is a good possibility. You have to take into consideration that Brom already new Selina. When the Twins said that Eragon and Murtagh are brothers he could of been refering to them as halfbrothers. a fan
Everyone will hate me for saying this... But: what if Vrael was Eragon's father, maybe he went Carvahall during his hols, met Selena and had a child with her, it would totally fit and be a cool twist. Murtagh was born from evil and Eragon was born from good. It would be cool.-Square'ead
