Isidar Mithrim

Isidar Mithrim, also known as the "Star Sapphire" or the "Star Rose," is a very large sapphire mined by the dwarves suspended atop Tronjheim. It was hand carved by the dwarves to appear like a huge rose. It is sixty feet thick and 100 feet wide, and it is also the floor of the dragonhold.

In Eragon, it is shattered by Saphira and Arya in order to distract Durza while he fought Eragon. In Eldest Saphira promises Hrothgar that she will fix it, but all the pieces must be present for her to do so.
