Tunivor's Nectar was the cure to the rare deadly, poison, Skilna Bragh induced on the elf, Arya, by the Shade Durza. She tells Eragon to inform the Varden to give her this cure when they arrive in the stronghold. Currently, it can only be found in two places: Out of the Empire with the Varden (due to the Dwarves carting their dung there) and in Ellesmera with the Elves.
