I live near St. Louis, Missouri, in the U.S. I have many hobbies, such as creating short stories, reading, playing basketball, and many other things. I spend a lot of time on Shurtugal Chat, and most of the following is about just that.
Eragon, and Shurtugal Chat
To my utter shame, when I first saw the book Eragon, written by a 15-year-old, I didn't think much of it. I never actually read it until about July of 2006. After the first few pages, i couldn't put it down, and read Eldest the very same week. The next month, I found Shurtugal Chat, and trivia with it. I quickly worked my way up the list, and beat all but Leianna, who I regard as a very dedicated and skilled player. I ended up in second by, to me everlasting anger, ONE point. She beat me, 3453 to 3452. Since then, i have worked even harder, although my computer DID crash for 3 weeks in March. (which put me back MANY points) To all of my competitors out there, you may think that you are beating, but I may have a nick or two that you don't know about. And to Proto, if you ever find this page, I'd like to let you know that I am one of your biggest fans, and I'd like to thank you for the time you put into it.
Books
A few books that I REALLY enjoyed reading, are the Dragonspell series, Lord of the Rings, and, of course, the Inheritance Trilogy.
