Information
Utgard once held an outpost of the Dragon Riders, and was the location where Galbatorix slew Vrael. It was placed after King Palancar(one of the first humans to arrive in Alagaesia) attempted to take control of Alagaesia, so that the Riders could keep an eye on him. This sparked the movement to incorporate humans into the Dragon-Elven pact of the Riders, to prevent such events from happening again.
