Information
Vroengard was the island of the Dragon Riders, and where Galbatorix struck his fatal blow against them. It is now an abandoned place that is thought to have strange beasts which now roam the island freely.

Vroengard was mentioned, as Brom tells Eragon about the history of the Riders before they leave Carvahall. It's a clawlike island where the Riders under Vrael lived. It was ransacked by Galbatorix during the Fall of the Dragon Riders.
